MxL-U series Laser with the characteristics of narrow spectrum linewidth<0.003 nm, low noise and ultra compact, are ideal for use in DNA sequencing, flow cytometry, digital imaging, analytical chemistry, particle measurements, confocal microscopy, Raman Spectroscopy and many other applications. Housed in ultra compact packages, these lasers are the perfect choice for OEM instrumentation, system design and integration, and also for end user applications in research and development.
532nm 1500mw narrow linne width laser Supper Low Noise Laser is made features of ultra compact, long lifetime, high stability and reliability, which is used in scientific experiment, medical measurement, instrument, spectrum analysis, etc. The power stability (over 4 hours) is <1%, <2% , <3% optional. The transverse mode is TEM00 and the beam diameter at the aperture is nearly 0.70±0.05 mm. The beam height from base plate is nearly 27.4 mm. The spectral linewidth is less than 0.003nm. The warm-up time is less than 10 minutes and the M2 factor is less tha 1.2. Otherwise, the warranty is within one year and the working temperature is between 10-40. The expected liftime is about 10000 hours.

For CW operating mode lasers, the output power is up to 20 W available.
