  500mw solid state Single Frequency Laser 1313nm Ir Laser is DNA sequencing, flow cytometry, cell sorting, optical instrument, spectrum analysis, interference, measurement, holography, physics experiment, etc. It`s easy to be integrated into customer`s equipment. Its central wavelength is 1313±1nm and the average power is between 1mW and 500mw. Besides, the warm-up time is less than 10 minutes.The beam height from base plate is 34mm. The warranty period is within 1 year. The power stability is between 1% and 5%. The beam diameter at the aperture is nearly 2mm. And the beam divergence is nearly 1.5 mrad. The noise of amplitude is 0.5% and 1% optional.
