  CNI launched micro Fluorescence Spectrometer which combines micro system and fluorescence detection System which greatly facilitates the Raman micro area detection.Micro fluorescence spectrum measurement system, with precision and intelligent design, the state of micro area in detecting will be displayed on computer synchronously. These testing results also show the applications like element of rare earth analysis, crystal micro-area fluorescence analysis, and so on. X Ray Fluorescence Spectrometer is special in high sensitivity, selectivity, micro samples, simple operation, etc. 

  The fluorescence Spectrometer have the characteristics of rapid analysis and accurate measurement, is usually used to measure fluorescence spectroscopy in biology crystal, rare earth elements and other fluorescence spectrum detection.
